PUBLIC NOTICE
The Wyoming Public Service Commission
(Commission) approved the Application of Black
Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy
(BHWG or the Company) to establish a total
purchased gas cost of $0.3250 per therm, repre-
senting an increase of $0.0604 per therm, effec ,
tive on and after December 1, 2020. The rate
is applicable to all non Choice Gas customers.
The Commission s approval is subject to notice,
protest, intervention, refund, change, further
investigation, opportunity for hearing and further
order of the Commission.
The Company s approximately 69,957 non-
Choice Gas retail customers are located in and
around Casper, Cheyenne, Cody, Gillette and
Torrington. The proposed purchased gas cost
would result in a monthly increase of approxi-
mately $7.67 or 9.2% for BHWG residential
customers who use a monthly average of 127
therms during the rate-effective period from
December 1, 2020 to February 28,
The revision results in an overall projected
dollar-for-dollar increase in the Company s
December 2020 through February rev-
enues of approximately $2,299,877
"The'Commission apprOved additional routine
changes to be effective on and after December
1, 2020. The net effect of all the proposed
rate changes provides for an average monthly
increase of approximately $7.56 or 9.1% for resi-
dential customers who use a monthly average of
127 therms during the rate effective period.
Commission Rule Chapter 3, Section 26
allows a utility to pass on to its customers
known or projected commodity cost increases or
decreases on a dollar for doliar basis, subject to
public notice, opportunity for hearing and refund.
Interested persons may inspect the
Application at BHWG s Wyoming business office
and at the Commission's offices in Cheyenne.
The Application is available for inspection by any
interested person during regular business hours
or online a; http://psc.wyo.gov/.
Anyone desiring to file a statement, interven-
tion petition, protest or request for a public
hearing in this matter must file in writing with
the Commission on or before January 7, 2021.
A proposed intervention or request for hearing
must set forth the grounds under which it is
made and the position and interest of the peti-
tioner in this proceeding.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Wyoming Public Service Commission
(Commission) has authorized Black Hills
Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy
(BHWG or the Company) to implement a
decrease of $0.0008 per therm in the Company s
Revenue Adjustment Mechanism (RAM) rate.
The Commission s approval of BHWG's rate
change is subject to notice, protest, intervention,
refund, change, further investigation, opportunity
for hearing and further order of the Commission.
The RAM rate applies to approximately
131,000 customers, including Choice Gas cus-
tomers. The proposed RAM rate would provide
for an average monthly decrease of approxi-
mately $0.08 (-0.1%) for residential customers
who use a monthly average of 103 therms during
the rate-effective period of December 1, 2020, ,
through May 31, 2021.

Application is available for inspection by any
interested person during regular business hours
or online at: http://psc.wyo.gov.
