never forgotten. He is loved and missed by
many. That great smile and personality was very warming.
That moment that he died our hearts where torn in two,
one side filled with heartache, the other died with him.
We often lie awake at night when the world is fast asleep,
and take a walk down memory lane, with tears upon our
cheeks. Remembering him is easy, we do it everyday,
but missing him is a heartache that will never go away.
We hold him tightly within our hearts and there he will
remain. Until the joyous day arrives, That we will meet
him again. Those special memories of him will always
bring a smile if only we could have you back for just a
little while. Then we could sit and talk again just like we
used to do. Levi you always meant so very much to all
of us and you always will. The fact that you're no longer
here will always cause us pain but Levi you're forever in
our hearts. Until we meet again we will always love you.
See what everyone's been
talking about...

Glenda Willadson
Nov. 23, 1949-Oet. 15, 2015
Glenda Willadson was born
November 23, 1949 to Fred and
Martha Slagle in Newcastle,
WY. The Rosco Michael's
ranch west of Newcastle was
home. The family moved to
Upton and two siblings were
born, Vicki and Fred Jr.
Glenda passed through
Jesus to our Father on October
15, 2015 at Hospice House in
Rapid City, SD after a 22 year
battle with cancer.
Glenda was married to James
Willadson on October 28, 1967.
They raised two sons, Scott
Ray and Ron Lee in Osage,
Wyoming. Glenda earned her
GED in Newcastle November
17, 1972. She worked at
Pamida, and Kiesling Oil Co.,
as well as baked wedding and
specialty cakes on the side.
Glenda and James divorced
June 15, 1988. Glenda's father,
Fred Slagle, died July 19, 1988.
She had assisted in his
care with her mother,
Martha.
Glenda took a job
with Exel Erectors
which took her to
several states in the
east and south. She
tried various jobs
around Laughlin,
Nevada and Bullhead
City, Arizona. She worked as
a Physical Therapy Technician
and was encouraged by the ther-
apists to pursue schooling for
Physical Therapy Assistant. She
took this advice and attended
Colby Community College in
Colby, Kansas receiving an
Associate of Science Degree in
Physical Therapy. Passing State
Board Exams for Kansas, Texas
and Wyoming. Glenda retumed
to Wyoming working as a PTA
for Campbell County Memorial
Hospital in several departments:
In patient rehabilitation, work
hardening, 'and with cancer
patients. It was during this time
that Glenda was diagnosed with
breast cancer. She had surgery
and was treated with chemo
and radiation, after which she
returned to work. Her skills
were increased more working
Glenda
Willadson
with cancer patients.
On November 7, 1997
Glenda married Pat Kerwin
in Newcastle, they resided
in Gillette. Later they moved
back to Newcastle. She had
two stepdaughters from that
marriage, Janine Dooley, and
Leigh Kerwin. Pat and Glenda
divorced in July 2007.
Glenda worked for North
Platte Physical Therapy, owned
her own cleaning business, and
then opened her own massage
therapy business, which was
growing when she was diag-
nosed with breast cancer again,
as well as ovarian cancer in
2009. Treatment for this, and
additional surgery in 2010
reduced her endurance. The
ovarian cancer returned in 2014
with more surgery and
chemo. She continued
to fight, and earned
a year of increased
health, filling several
items on her "bucket
list" to include: *Girls
week in Breckenridge,
Colorado. *Christmas
with Scott in Denver,
Colorado. *Trip to
the West Coast with Elizabeth
Goodart, covering several
items, but staying in a tree
house motel was the signature
highlight. She was also reac-
quainted with a high school
friend, and toured Alaska. This
included seeing Denali when
it was clear, taking a 12 hour
glass top train ride, visiting an
all ice bar and motel, and much
more.
Glenda enjoyed children and
having fun things for them to
do. Baking ebelskivers (Danish
pancakes) blowing bubbles in
the yard, swimming at Evan's
Plunge in Hot Springs, SD,
cave tours in the Black Hills,
and Mt Rushmore. Also going
through Dinosaur Park/museum
in Dinosaur, Colorado were a
few of the adventures. She also
had several children she consid-
ered as her own grandchildren
and great grandchildren, that
also referred to her as grandma.
Her Christmds cookies were a
favorite for all.
Glenda spent her last days in
Rapid City Regional Hospital

s winter approaches anti the evenings grow h mger, we may feel
drawn to the "old times" when families settled in early for the night,
gathering for a meal and a fireside chat, These are busier times, with
all our activities we may not have tirne for the togetherness we long
for. Bring your family together at your house of worship this week
to honor God and share His Word, lust like old times.
