NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing
for the Budget for the 2020-2021 school year for
Weston County School District #1 will be held
invthe Boardroom of the Administration Building,
116 Casper Avenue, Newcastle WY on July
15, 2020 at 8:00 pm, at which time any and all
persons interested may appear and be heard by
the Board of Trustees.
A summary of such proposed budget follows:
GENERAL FUND $14,834,638
MAJOR MAINTENANCE FUND $1,943,591
SPECIAL REVENUE FUND $19,000
CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION FUND $2,413
FOOD SERVICE FUND $325,336
AGENCY FUND $272,259
FEDERAL FUNDS $1,263,941
EASTERN WESTON COUNTY RECREATION
DISTRICT FUND $221,552
TOTAL $18,882,730

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant
to Wyoming Statute Section 2-1-205 that
Steven Michael Smith, William Mark Smith,
Debra Renee Smith and Gary Richard Smith
("Applicants") filed in the District Court, Sixth
Judicial District, Weston County, Wyoming a
Verified Application For Summary Distribution
(“Application”) to set over to Applicants as the
sole distributees of Charles William Smith, Jr., all
right, title and interest of Charles William Smith,
Jr. in and to certain real property, as more fully
set forth and described in the Application.
Objections to the Application must be filed with
the Court before the expiration of twenty (20)
days after mailing this Notice to you if required
by Wyoming Statutes Section 2—1-205(d), or thirty
(30) days after the date of first publication of this
Notice, whichever is later. Untimely objections
are barred.
If no timely objection to the Application is filed,
the Court shall enter a decree establishing the
right and title of Applicants in and to the real
property of Charles William Smith, Jr. described
in the Application.
