Mr. Mullens is from Cheyenne, while Mrs. Mullens, the former Barbara Nelson, is a Laramie girl. During the evening Curt Gowdy of Cheyenne dropped by. Curt is head announcer for the Boston Red Sox and was in Washington to broadcast the Red Sox-Senators games. -- KT -- Visitors to the office recently have included C. Stuart Brown of Afton, Jack Lewis of Powell, Mrs. Donald L. Hathaway and Walter Kingham of Casper. &H 0LUB NEWS A-B-C 4-H CLUB The fifth meeting of the A-B-C 4-I1 Club was called to order May 23 at 7:30 at the" home of Betty tIuber. Our roll call topic was our favorite movie star. Four members were present. Three members were late so we made thirty cents. We distributed our books" and worked on them for awhile. Our new business was we sold lemonade at the Sweet School picnic. We didn't sell quite as nmch as we expected so we rath- er went ill the hole. We are going to try and have 3 meetings a month so we can get all of our projects in, such as ~afety, citizensllip, and health. There are about four members going to 4-It camp. At 8:30 Betty Ituber made a motion that the meeting be ad- journed. Sharon Miller seconded it. The next meeting is June 13, at 7:30 at the home of Sharon Mil- ler. PRAIRIE 4-H The fourth meeting of the Prai- rie 4-H was called in order May 27 by president Miss Betty Raw- houser. Miss Janita Pzinski lead us in the club pledge. During the husiness meeting we discussed the dance which we are going to have June 11 at the Roundhouse. Then we discussed going around to all members homes, June 19th, on our Safety Project. The next meeting will be June 10th at Four Corners school. Since the reporter wasn't there, Miss Nan- cy Kudlock acted as reporter. The meeting was adjourned after the meeting Miss Phillips and Mrs. Ertman gave a few points on judging and we judged pillow cas~s. Dancing followed with lot of fun.
