will receive her Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration from the University of Wyoming
this summer. She is employed at Weston County
Extension. The groom is theson of Santos
Garcia and Leticia Topete. He is a 2007 graduate
of Newcastle High School. He is employed at
Wyoming Refining. They are planning an August
2015 wedding in Newcastle, Wyoming. For now,
they plan to reside in Newcastle.
