The second half of the 2014 property taxes are now due and will become delinquent after May 10,
2015. All unpaid real estate taxes will be advertised for tax sale, which will be held August 24, 2015.
Property Tax Relief Program Forms are now available at the County Treasurer's Office in Newcastle
and the City Hall in Upton. Applications have to made on or before June 2, 2015 to the Wyoming
Department of Revenue, rather than the County Treasurer will issue the relief checks. The 2014
property taxes must be paid in a timely manner• Must be a Wyoming resident for a period of at least
five years, immediately preceding the year of relief. For further information, contact the Wyoming
