Ihere is a spirit in the out-of-doors that rejuvenates us, that makes us feel happy and optimistic. As it flows through us, it's as though God is whispering, "here I am to refresh you, body and soul; together we are larger than life." We all experience difficult times when we feel trapped and captive to our problems. God is waiting to free our soul and refresh our spirit.
