Both principal and interest will be payable at any suitable bank designated by the purchaser. The City of Newcastle will furnish printed bonds and approving le. gal opinion of Messrs. Faegre & Bonbon, Minneapolis, Minnesota, both without expense to t,he pur- chaser.
