You can have extra milk in cook-

a dessert topping much lower in
calories than whipped cream -- a
milk-rich candy without long
cooking. This means added calci-
um, vitamins, and protein where
you least expect to find them.
If you have never whipped dry
milk powder try this: Put 1/2 cup
cold water and 1 tbs. lemon juice
iflto a bowl and add 1/2-cup non-
fat milk powder. Beat until stiff
and add 2 tbs. sugar and 1/4 tsp.
vanilla. Chill. This makes about
2 cups of topping.
Do you make New Year's reso-
lutions? Whether you do or not
it is a good time of year to take
stock of your health.
You are your own best instru-
ment for life's work--keep "you"
in good working order.
Beautiful homes, modern con-
veniences, education, communica-
tion systems, and other facilities
for enjoyment of life are of lit-
tle value to people unless they
are well. Human bodies are of
greater value than material pos-
sessions.
Farm machinery is carefully
stored each fall. The family car
is checked regularly. Houses and
Furniture are re-decorated and
re-finished. Are you as good to
your body--your own bes't posses-
sion?
You do not know whether your
house has termited until you "go
a-looking." If you wait until they
are evident, your house will be
hard to repair. It is the same with
your own body. If you wait until
disease is far advanced, your
body will be expensive, time-con-
suming, and sometimes painful to
put back in order.
There are many definitions for
health. I like this one: "It is the
best possible approach to normal
for the individual -- a complete
personal state of mental, social,
cultural, spiritual, and physical
well - being."
How do we attain good health?
It is up to you -- you can do some
things yourself and you can get
some help from other sources.
tIealth is a matter of individual
personal choice.

"AYBE yOU didn't know that the price of
this 1955 Buick SPECIAL 2-door,
@passenger Sedan has moved still closer to
those of the so-called "low-price three."
And maybe you didn't know that now you
can boss this broad and brawny new beauty
for even fewer dollars than some models of
those very same "three."
So we proudly show our price here to
prove it.
But no dollar figures can ever tell you how
much more sheer automobile you get for
your money in this '55 Buick. You have to
discover that firsthand.
You have to look into the record-high V8
power that puts the whip to this dazzler-
and see by sampling what that means in the
lift and life and joy you feel in driving.
You have to judge for yourself how much
more luxury and comfort and stability so
little more money buys here-more room,
more visibility, more frame strength, more
tread width, more ride steadiness.
And you have to learn by doing what a rich
fine feeling it is to travel in the boldest new
styling of the times-in beauty that's long
and low and sports-car smart-and as defi-
nitely distinctive as the name on the hood.
Come in for a demonstration of Buick for
'55. We promise you the thrill-and the buy
-of the year.
